This is actually the first adult store I ever visited, and I continue to patronage when needed. Was in the other day for a specific item, and Syd helped me. She was amazing...in her personable style and customer service. Right, I still am a bit nervous shopping in an adult store, but Syd did really well in assisting me and putting me at ease. Highly recommend the store and her as a representative.
The store was brightly lit and very clean with the products neatly displayed. TJ is wondering! She's so nice, personable, and very knowledgeable. It's been a little while since I've bought a toy and things are a little more advanced than they used to be. She asked me what I was looking for and walked me around, grabbing things she thought I might like. She explained how the different designs worked and made suggestions. I was a little nervous at first but she sent me at ease. Paying was super easy, just tap and go. I will definitely be back, maybe with the hubby!
I went in looking for a specific lingerie item for my girlfriend. I found it, but the only one in the size she needed was on a display. T.J., my salesperson, happily took it down, answered all of my questions about their huge selection of toys and novelties, and delicately explained how they worked. I walked out with bag full of fun. Thank you, TJ, for really knowing your stuff and for making my shopping experience so enjoyable.
TJ was AMAZING!!! she ran around the whole store and helped me find what I was looking for and then some. Definitely needed that confidence boost. Anything I had questions about she answered and kept conversation with me effortlessly
